We offer a discounted one time membership price to TenantData. A screening service used by our association members. Not only do we get credit reports, social security traces and criminal background checks at a special rate, by using TenantData we are building a tenant data base that we can use to report the rental history of ALL tenants.

A membership to NLRLA includes a membership to both of these organizations. Other benefits include:

We offer a general membership to individuals (you must own or manage one or more rental units) for just $50.00 a year and an associate membership for business who are of interest and benefit to landlords for $50.00 a year. Just fill out the membership application.

You can either print it out and mail it to “North Little Rock Landlord Association” P.O. Box 8183 Jacksonville, AR 72078 along with your check or money order, (Made payable to NLR Landlord Assoc.) we will return your receipt, membership card , or you can submit the application to our office (via the submit button) and it will be held on record until you either send a M/O, check and/or come to the next meeting.

Meetings are the third (3rd) Monday of each month. Doors open at 6:30pm, meeting starts at 7pm. Location: North Little Rock Community Center, 2700 Willow, North Little Rock, Arkansas (across from the Hayes Center).
